THE family of Francis Nsiangangu, who was fatally stabbed in Brentwood on Saturday (September 27), have said he was a « calm and good boy » and that he was like a « mentor » to his friends.
The 31-year-old was found stabbed at 7.10pm near the junction of Tower Hill and Sir Francis Way and was pronounced dead at the scene at 8pm.
Today, his mother, speaking on behalf of the family, said: « Francis was the eldest of three sons and was a calm and a good boy.
« He was not a member of any gangs and worked in the Brentwood area while at the same time doing a college course to learn painting and decorating.
